Over her career, Kristen has acquired or asset-managed more than $12B of commercial real estate assets across Canada, spanning all major asset classes. Her institutional discipline, multi-cycle judgment, and extensive network across institutional investors, developers, and capital partners underpin BlueChip Enable's value-creation model.

A seasoned technology executive with deep expertise in designing, developing, and deploying innovative enterprise platforms across Canada's real estate industry. Roy has built and led technology solutions at two of Canada's most respected CRE platforms — RealNet Canada and Altus Group — bringing directly relevant data, analytics, and systems experience to the BlueChip Enable Engine. As Head of Technology at R-LABS, he leads technology strategy and development across the venture platform.
